In-Store Pick Up

In-Store pick up is convenient at Dep de Vie! Located at the Cedar Pointe Plaza which has easy access and adequate FREE parking just out front.

Items purchased online for in-store pick up will be processed within 4 hours of placement during store hours. Orders placed after hours will be ready within 1 hour of opening the following day.

Once your items are ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please bring valid identification or a have a copy of the email confirmation. 


Online Orders

We prepare and drop off all online orders at Canada Post at the end of each business day. Orders placed on weekends will not be dropped off until Monday. 

Once your order is processed, we will email you the shipping notification and tracking number. 

We inspect our products closely before packing and shipping out your orders. On the occasion that your items are lost or damaged in transit, Dep de Vie is not  responsible to replace the items. If this occurs please let us assist you with all the required shipping information and documentation needed by the shipper to make a claim.

If we have made an error on your online order please let us know right away by emailing kelly@depdevie.ca and we will make it right to the best of our ability at no further cost to you.

Online Shipping Fees

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above $150 within Canada. Any order below $150 will have a $15 shipping fee for standard delivery.   
  • Taxes paid are calculated based on the shipping destination.
  • US orders will have a $20 charge if under $150 for standard delivery. 
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or duties fees upon entering your country.
  • No tax will be added to our US customers. 

Return / Exchange Eligibility Requirements 

  • Eligible items must be in original condition, in its original packaging, unopened, tags attached, unwashed and unworn. 
  • Items must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. 
  • Not eligible for exchange and are final sale: cosmetics, earrings, intimates, swimwear and sale items.
  • We do not make price adjustments for sale items.

We happily offer returns, exchanges or store credit for items purchased within 10 days. Items must meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

Online Purchases Returns / Exchange Policy

We are here to support you with online purchase decisions. Please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, email or call us for any questions or specifications needed to make your online purchase.

If for some reason you do not want to keep your item we offer returns, exchanges and in-store credits within 10 days of receiving your items. Items must meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

To return or exchange an item purchased online complete the following steps:

  1. Email kelly@depdevie.ca with subject: ONLINE RETURN within 10 days of receiving your item.
  2. Please include the reason you do not want to keep your item and whether you want a return or exchange.
  3. Once approved we will issue a return authorization number (RA#) which needs to be clearly marked on the return package. 
  4. You have 5 days once the RA# has been issued to ship your products back. Dep de Vie is not responsible for return shipping costs or duties / customs / brokerage charges if applicable.
  5. Once we receive the item and ensure it meets all of the eligibility requirements, we will process the refund. If you want an exchange you will have to make an online purchase for the new item / new size in the same manner as a regular sale.
  6. We will email you to confirm everything has been received and the refund has been processed. Please note processing times may vary for different banks. 

Exchanges / Refunds on Shipping Expenses

  • If you would like to return your items or do an exchange which results in a sale less than $150 the exchange / refund will be processed as follows:
  • If Dep de Vie paid for the shipping (purchases valued over $150) we will refund the total item cost less the shipping expense we incurred. We do not refund our shipping expense.
  • If you paid for the shipping (purchases valued less than $150), you will be refunded the cost of the items. We do not refund shipping costs.

Purchased Online and Returned / Exchanged In-store

If you purchased the items online and wish to exchange / return your items directly in-store and you meet all of the eligibility requirements stated above, we will gladly do it directly in store. Please take note of the above policy on exchanges / refunds on shipping expenses.
